Returns & Exchanges Policy

Latex & Leather (Made-to-Order Items)

• Returns are not accepted for handmade, made-to-order items
• Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unused, in original condition with all tags and seals intact, and in original packaging
• Clearance items, pasties, panties, stockings, and socks are not eligible for exchange
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless we shipped an incorrect item or size (prepaid label provided)
• Approved exchanges are processed within 10 business days
• Latex and made-to-order exchanges follow the lead times listed on the product page

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

• Customers with orders shipped to the EU have 14 days from receipt to cancel or return for any reason
• Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition and packaging with tags intact and proof of purchase

Refunds

• Once returns are received and inspected, customers are notified of approval status
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
• Additional time may be needed for banks or credit card providers to post the refund

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase by contacting info@syren.com
• After 48 hours, orders are final and cannot be cancelled
• Once an order enters production, it is not eligible for cancellation or refund
