How do I handle latex?
Latex is a delicate, natural material. Avoid sharp objects, long nails, and rough surfaces that can puncture or tear the surface.
Always handle latex with clean, dry hands — no oils, lotions, or perfumes.

How do I put on latex?
Take your time putting on your latex piece to avoid damage.
Roll the latex onto your body, fixing wrinkles as you go.
Use a latex-safe dressing aid or talc to make it easier.
Avoid contact with oils, perfumes, deodorants, and alcohol-based products.
How do I make latex shiny?
Latex in its natural state has a matte finish.
That iconic glossy, mirror-like shine? That's added by you.
For shine, use a silicone-based latex polish.
Avoid oil-based products as they will damage latex.
How do I clean latex?
Gently wash your latex by hand in lukewarm water with a small amount of gentle, fragrance-free soap.
Rinse thoroughly and gently pat dry with a soft towel.
Never wring, twist, or tumble dry.
How do I dry latex?
Hang or lay flat to dry completely on a plastic or non-metal hanger, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Do not expose latex to UV light or fluorescent lighting for extended periods — it can discolor, weaken or damage your latex.
How do I store latex?
Store your latex in a cool, dark place. Keep it away from metal (which can cause staining), printed materials, and other colors of latex.
Fold loosely or hang using plastic hangers in garment bags.
Regular wear keeps latex healthier than long storage, so show it off more!

New customers get free domestic shipping on their first order when they sign up for Syren's email or sms list.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Syren ships worldwide.
Our high-end latex garments are packaged carefully to protect the material during transit.
What if it doesn't fit?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
We’ll exchange your item for the correct size of the same style, following the standard production lead times. All latex pieces must be returned clean and in unworn, brand-new condition.
